01Using this site
General information, not advice

This site gives general information about management system standards, certification, implementation support and training. It is not advice for a particular organization. What applies to you depends on your activities, your sites, your customers and the legal requirements that apply to you, and we can say what it is only once we know them.
The standards are the authority
We describe the standards in our own words. Where this site and a standard differ, the standard is right. You will need your own copy of any standard you work to.
No offer and no promise of certification
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a promise that an organization will be certified. Certification depends on the audit and on the decision of AQC Group, which is made independently. The standard finder gives a first reading from your answers, and nothing more.
Quotations and contracts
A quotation we send you, and any contract for certification, support or training, has its own terms. Where those terms and this page differ, those terms apply to that work.

The text and design of this site belong to Northwind Management Systems. The photographs and the typefaces are used under licence from their owners. You may read, print and link to the pages, and quote short passages with the source named. Please do not copy the site, or substantial parts of it, into another site or document.
